I visited this hotel in june. booked through make my trip. room was very costly and dirty. i called thrice the cleaning staff. no body was their to attend the guest on reception. housekeeping staff were fighting each other. do not visit this place

I stayed with my family on a religious tour to the city. The hotel is very close to the Brajeshwari Devi Temple. The rooms were clean and tidy. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Would stay again here.

The best part of this hotel is it's location from the bus stand in Kangra. The rooms are not that great to talk about but the bathroom is clean. One has to remind them for towels and toiletries. The food is good though. A value for money hotel providing basic amenities.

I do not know why on earth would anyone give an excellent feedback for this hotel (as is the case with previous reviews) There absolutely is nothing good about it. The rooms are tiny, there is no "view", the location is right at the centre of a busy and noisy bazaar, no intercom facility, no inhouse dining, pathetic hygiene and no room service. I had booked this place because I did not get any accommodation in dharamshala or mcleodganj. We had planned a 4 night stay in dharamshala. I had booked a hotel for 2 nights in mcleodganj and 2 nights in palampur. But thanks to the horrible services of yatra.com, my palampur booking was cancelled. That left me with little choice but to take a booking at this hotel. The stay at this hotel was so disgusting that we dared not to stay indoors. We booked all day tours just to avoid bein inside this hotel. The bed linen, on our day of arrival, was clean but damp! Also the mattress was nothing but a thin foam sheet. The rooms smelled and there were no towels in the bathroom. I dared not to even ask for one. The air conditioner was noisy and the blankets smelly. We used our shawl! They served tea and coffee in ages old and dirty crockery. There was no provision to order in food. We had to get pur food packed from a nearby joint. However, I would agree with the previous reviews that the staff was cordial.

I stayed in this hotel for a night, experience was quiet good. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and tidy, rates are reasonable too.. It is the best value for money hotel in Kangra.
